Manufacturing standards

  1. 1. Ordinary Steel JIS G3101
    We make the most inventory and sales on SS400. We can also provide SGD3M, SEA1018, and AISI1010 upon request.
  2. 2. Carbon rod for machine structural use JIS G4051
    We make the most inventory and sales on S45C, and partly on S35C and others. We can also provide other types from S15C to S58C upon request.
  3. 3. Free-cutting Steal JIS G4804
    We manufacture and sell our own products that have standard equivalent to SUM24L, 12L14. In addition, we can offer other products including S45CL, SCM415L, SCM435cupon request.
  4. 4. Alloy steel for machine structural use JIS G4053
    We focus most on manufacturing SCM415, SCM435. We also produce, upon request, a couple of foreign standard products such as SAE and AISI, besides SNC and SCR
